Hiring the best possible people is our biggest priority. We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead on recruitment for Pure Search, working in collaboration with wider international team.

This role will ideally be based in London, though we continue to work flexibly with a mix of in-office and remote working.

You’ll be responsible for:
Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, providing consultative advice and guidance
Development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with our hiring community, ensuring a proactive approach to the market
Manage the end to end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both the hiring manager and candidate
Establishing and nurturing candidate relationships
Creating innovative marketing strategies alongside our specialist team to reach the most suitable audience
Ensuring the offer and onboarding process is both timely and of a high standard
Providing management information to key stakeholders to inform decision making throughout the hiring process

What you’ll bring to Kernel Group:
Inhouse or RPO recruitment experience essential
The ability to create recruitment strategies, using data to guide and inform your approach
A passion to seek the right candidates, the right opportunity within the group
A people centric attitude with the desire to deliver an exceptional experience
The ability to communicate to a variety of stakeholders through a variety of means
Organisational skills will help you to thrive in a continuously evolving and innovative environment
