Reporting into the Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be joining the TA team in Stockholm and support in all aspects of the Recruitment process. You will be the ‘glue of the team’ and help TAs with ensuring an excellent candidate experience all the way through to a smooth onboarding. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in running events in collaboration with the marketing team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the TA team in all steps of the recruitment cycle
Collaborating with global mobility teams, ensuring invoice payments with finance
Partnering with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process
Creating a pristine and successful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Running events alongside marketing teams

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skillset:
You will have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar recruitment role
Experience operating in a fast paced environment
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with a track record of managing
multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
Proactive team-player, attention to detail, strong organisational skills
