Group Talent Acquisition Manager

I am supporting a Group Business with hiring their first ever Talent Acquisition Manager to aid their scaling growth plans.

Growth through acquisition, has resulted in a group of 4 companies with another 2 acquisitions being announced in the coming weeks. Each of their businesses has their own focus including RPO (delivery consultants), Life Sciences & Med Tech (largely experienced consultants) and Natural Health (c-suite and senior hires). They have EMEA and APAC coverage too which adds a global remit to your role.
The Group Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for creating talent pipelines as well as delivering on hiring solutions. You will manage the end-to-end process including working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, advertise, shortlist, interview and offers. A large part of the role will be focused on direct sourcing and so someone with a passion for seeking those hard-to-find candidates will be great!

It might be a stand-alone TA function today but where it could be in 2 years time is up to you!

They are open to salary as well as in-house or agency experience and wish to discuss this with the right candidate.
