WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This Sr HRBP will be responsible for supporting leaders, building work relationships, and driving a culture that will positively impact the company while elevating the employee experience. Aside from designing, planning, and delivering high quality HR support for the company, you will be responsible to

• Effectively manages a team of Human Resources Business Partners in all aspects of HR support and service.
• Makes recommendations related to compensation and benefits for assigned divisions. Compensation and benefits may include selecting company cars, reviewing salary survey data, and considering new or revised benefit offerings. Implements approved changes to compensation and benefits for assigned divisions.

• Provides timely support for various employment transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, separations, etc. for assigned divisions. Support tasks related to onboarding.

• Effectively administers various employee and HR programs for assigned division or company-wide, which may include one or all of the following: Global Sales Meeting support provided by the team, Defensive Driving, Office Events, Performance Management, Individual Development Program, Safety, Charitable Initiatives, etc.

• Keeps up to date on changes in international, federal, state, and local employment laws as they apply to assigned divisions or responsibilities and determines their impact on the company.

• Develops new and maintains appropriate HR related policies for assigned divisions. Provides input and advice on other policies.

• Assign responsibilities and delegate sufficient authority to subordinates to carry out their duties. Regularly review department/division workload and goals to ensure attainment of objectives and satisfactory completion of all assigned department tasks.

• Specifically instructs and directs all direct s in their development in order to reach and sustain an effective level of performance commensurate with the position and expectations by establishing plans and schedules.

• Corrects problems with employees using open methods of management to find the root cause. Resolves conflicts, disagreements, or misunderstandings in a professional manner that facilitates meeting personal performance standards and company objectives.

HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING:

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Human Resources or Psychology.

• Three years Dart Human Resources Business Partner experience, 5 years of applicable outside experience or a total of 5 years combined applicable Dart and outside work experience.

• Demonstrated leadership activities/roles in current or previous position(s) and successful completion of MDP.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Recruiting and event management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight, both domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency with PC and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
