Darigold, Inc Hiring for Administrative Assistant Full Time

Darigold is seeking a professional and dedicated Plant Administration Assistant to join our production facility, located in Boise, ID. The Administration Assistant serves as a solution-provider to the Plant on a wide range of office issues. This role will work collaboratively with the Plant Leadership team to provide and assist with a variety of administrative functions to ensure maximum effectiveness. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the Plant office and will aid and support employees by providing excellent customer service.

What You Will Do

• Answering phones and facilitating voicemails to appropriate party
• Reception desk administration
• Facilitate Covid screening process
• Greeting & Assisting visitors
• Assigning lockers and maintaining list
• Uniform Management
• Manage paycheck distribution
• Printer service calls and maintain printer list with ID tag and location in plant

• Badge access to the Plant

• Assisting food/coffee vendors with issues, access, questions
• Assisting WCP & Grainger vendors as needed
• Facilitate paperwork to off-site warehouse
• Support new hires in onboarding activities as needed
• Filing of operations paperwork (filler sheets, CIP sheets, etc.)
• FedEx shipments
• Mail distribution
• Lunch & Event Ordering/Prep
• General Communications
• Office Supply Ordering & Inventory Management
• Maintain General Office Organization
• Other special projects as needed

What You Will Bring

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Maintain confidentiality
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to use sound judgment in the execution of daily tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• High school diploma
• Experience working in an administrative or clerical role
