ASSIST WITH NEW OPERATORS TRAINING (30, 60, 90)
-print Standard Operating Procedures binders and other training material
-schedule check-in meetings and take notes
-track training completion
COORDINATE LOGISTICS FOR TRAINING EVENTS
-create events and sessions in Learning Management System
-create and send communication to announce training details
-reserve rooms, set-up room, gather materials/supplies, ensure catering is ordered, test equipment, manage sign-in sheet, survey, enter completed training in Learning management System
FACILITATE NEW EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING
-implement Onboarding checklist
-manage presenters
-assign computer-based training
-change New Hire’s Campus X passwords
ASSIGN AND TRACK COMPLIANCE TRAINING
-maintain compliance training annual calendar
-generate reports of training completion status
-create and send communication to announce completion requirements
PROVIDE HR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
-become familiar with processes and job functions within the Plant
-schedule meetings
-take notes
-offer input: suggestions, ideas, differing viewpoints and opinions
-assist as needed at the Salt Lake City Plant

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
