Daniel Owen are pleased to be partnering with the UK’s 2022 winner of Vehicle Broker of the Year! This privately-owned business consists of driven vehicle salespeople that form a team who deliver expertise in all aspects of vehicle leasing.

Due to success across both new business and renewals teams, they are looking to grow the renewals side of the business with top sales/leasing talent. As a valued addition to their team, you will undergo Industry & Legislative Training with the UKs largest vehicle financer (external training), and supported by your Line Manager and Team, create an Internal Development plan, which will ensure you receive the learning that will enable you to effectively generate leads, close sales and boost your commission! You’ll also be supported in developing your expertise through arranged 1-2-1s with industry experts in the area of vehicle leasing.

Based in the Leicestershire countryside (a 15-minute commute by car from Market Harborough and Leicester City Centre), they offer a base salary of up to 50k plus commission and bonuses. Additionally, if your agreed KPIs are met, you gain access to the company’s profit share and the handsome bonus this brings! This is all underpinned by the uncapped commission offered, which rewards you for how well you work and puts ownership of your pay firmly in your own hands.
