Danfoss is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team, who is supporting our Northern European Region with recruitment services with a clear focus on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business.

Job Responsibilities

As our regional Talent Sourcer, you are responsible for building talent pipelines and support business growth by engaging with stakeholders to hire the right people for the organization. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to build trusted relationships and gain a clear understanding of the long-term mission of Danfoss’ recruitment needs. You will be the ambassador of Danfoss as you articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and vision to prospect candidates.

• Participate in developing recruitment strategies for various functions across the region.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile the right prospects for suitability and understand their motivation and career aspirations rather than just sell a role.
• Can build talent pipelines through social medias, events and sourcing campaigns
• Have user experience and knowledge of internet sourcing tools and techniques
• Have strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and market trends
• Fluent in English, any other Scandinavia language is an advantage
• Effective time-management abilities
