Dan Lupo Music Hiring for Piano Teacher Full Time

HELLO PIANO TEACHERS!

We have a part-time/could turn into full time teaching opportunity for piano teachers.

OPPORTUNITY WITH DAN LUPO MUSIC:

• Burlingame School: we have just acquired an account at a community center in Burlingame, CA to teach 1:1 piano lessons and pop band classes to all ages.

Below you will find the details for the job:

REQUIRED FROM YOU:

• ***Needs to be able to travel to the Burlingame, CA community center
• Needs to commit to being a W-9 sub-contracted worker
• Needs to be able to teach from 3pm-6pm weekdays at the Burlingame Community center.
• Lives in San Francisco or near/in/Burlingame, CA
• Fully Vaccinated

ROLE OF DAN LUPO MUSIC:

• Will cultivate relationship with the city of Burlingame
• Will provide mentorship in teaching methods
• Will provide curriculum (only needs to be used if you do not have your own methods)
• Will handle all payment collections
• Will pay the sub-contracted worker on a weekly basis / or / if lessons are paid in groups, will be paid right when we accept the payment.
• Burlingame take a 30% cut for use of space and we take 20%.

PAYMENT:

***Note: payment from community center or schools will vary depending on the class or 1:1 lessons taught.

After the 50% cut is taken from each 1:1 lesson the teacher will receive:

• 30 minute lessons = $20
• Note: most classes will be back to back so you would average $40 an hour.
• Pop Band: depending on how many people sign up you could get upwards of $75 for the hour.
