We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our close-knit and friendly HR team, based in Melbourne office. You will be a part of a dedicated team that owns and drives our hiring processes for all functional departments across multiple locations.

In this role,

• You will share the Damstra story, vision and culture with prospective candidates and act as a brand ambassador when representing Damstra and job opportunities in the external marketplaces.
• Meet with hiring managers to determine vacant positions with Damstra and have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs to match the available positions within the company.
• Proactively sourcing for both active and passive talent in the market, with attention to technical and engineering roles, converting them into successful hires.
• Implement Damstra’s recruitment strategy to meet anticipated staffing needs and provide the end-to-end guidance of individuals through Damstra’s standard interview process – from application qualification, phone screening, to face-to-face interviews, through to offer and close.
• Play a critical role in fast paced sourcing and recruiting through creating and posting job ads through SmartRecruiters, promote and support the data-driven talent acquisition approach and strive for constant collaboration across department teams in different locations. Market mapping organisations with passive talent in line with business needs.
• Grow your network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
• Keep others apprised and involved in work by communicating information and status to hiring team members. Coordinate work cross-functionally and influence peers, team leaders, and/or managers.
• Support onboarding and induction and other HR projects and initiatives
• Assist training other team members on the process, systems and applications as and when required.

You have strong Tech recruitment experience hiring Software Engineers, preferably on a global scale. Your end-to-end recruitment experience is exceptional with a strong emphasis on candidate development and hiring attraction.

You are good at building solid and professional relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. Previous existing experience as an internal technical recruiter, ideally with both onshore and offshore search experience, is preferable.

You will be comfortable writing job descriptions, email templates, engaging in candidate correspondences, and managing internal communication across the hiring team. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems can help you quickly get settled in the role.

You have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, able to get into the details and deliver quality results on time. You’re a wearer of many hats and can juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
