Daley and Associates, a boutique executive search & contract staffing firm that has been voted the last 3 years by Forbes as one of the “Top 50 Staffing Companies” in the country is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Life Science practice. This is an opportunity for someone to utilize their recruiting talent and become part of the fastest growing staffing sector in the country. We are looking for a candidate to work a full-cycle recruitment process, providing staffing solutions for both emerging and large companies in the life science industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and placements
• Partner with hiring managers to learn their business, understand their staffing needs and design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to ensure optimal selection of top talent
• Continually network with external talent to build a proactive pipeline

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, HR, Communications or a Scientific related field
• 1+ years Life Science Recruiting experience required
• Experience leveraging social media to source and attract talent
• Proven success with directly engaging & hiring A+ Talent
• Highly motivated, results driven and able to work independently as well as with the team
• High commitment to customer service
