What will the work look like for me?
This opportunity is part of a larger manufacturing support team that works across our Brookings, Sioux Falls, and Redwood Falls locations.
  • Collaborate with team members, visitors, and manufacturing staff via phone, video meetings, as well as in person interactions.
  • Support manufacturing functions by responding to requests from the leadership team.
  • Expected to maintain the highest level of customer service to all internal and external customers of Daktronics.
  • Timely and accurately complete quality work by following established procedures. Some of the tasks may be repetitive, but there will be variety within the work with the expectation for you to quickly learn new tasks.
  • Regularly and reliably work scheduled hours with some flexibility when you begin and end your shift.

Where is this opportunity located?
This position is located at the Daktronics campus in Brookings, SD.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Business, Consumer Affairs, or related field preferred.
  • Daktronics experience preferred.
  • Accurate keyboarding skills required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Capable of learning new programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing your time well, working in a collaborative way, shifting gears comfortably, and working with little supervision.
  • Ability to accurately follow work instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
