If so we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who’ll be responsible for attracting the most talented candidates to work at Daisy.
Based in our Nelson or Birstall office, with a flexible approach to managing your time across our other locations. The role reports into the People Director, and plays a key role in delivering our People Strategy. You’ll be working collaboratively with the rest of the People team and beyond, using the DCS (Daisy Corporate Services) brand, our partners, and your knowledge and creativity to find the talent that is the best fit for our business.
You’ll be leading our small Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the business needs are being met in terms of quality, not just quantity. We have around 1000 colleagues across the business at any one time, and it’s critical that we have people who care for our customers, love tech solutions and are passionate about our business.
Up to £45,000 + £5,000 car allowance
Responsibilities
Development of the overall recruitment strategy including creation of employee value proposition, attraction, and on-boarding processes.
Accountable for the performance and development of the recruitment team with a purpose to enhance candidate experience and drive down time to hire always with quality at the heart of everything.
Responsible for the overall recruitment brand, social media recruitment and internal recruitment campaigns.
Lead the business in head hunting and recruitment team resourcing to drive down agency spend.
Reporting into the board of directors, responsible for the creation of Management Information and current recruitment market information to support business changes.
Continuous ATS improvement, reducing administration time whilst enhancing candidate experience and management information capabilities.
Overall management of job board and agency relationships to ensure we are getting the best quality service.
Lead on recruitment campaigns, which may range from high volume service and sales recruitment to focusing on increasing age diversity and gender diversity hires.
Conducted business recruitment training based on ATS optimisation, CV reviewing and interview skills across to drive down employee turnover.
On-going support with succession and resource planning.
Qualifications
A real innovator with extensive experience within a talent acquisition function (either in-house or within an account delivery function)
Confident communicator, with the ability to flex your style to suit the audience
You’ll have an inspirational Leadership style, open to change, with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to be initiative, and to think fast
You’ll have exceptionally strong stakeholder management experience and be versed in managing relationships at all levels.
