Would you like to join one of the largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK as a Talent Acquisition Advisor? You will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers to support them throughout the recruitment journey.

About the role…

• Establish and maintain good working internal relationships with hiring managers to support the successful application of the recruitment and selection process within agreed timeframes, budget and best practice.
• Manage the communication with the hiring managers, candidates and any relevant third parties, including scheduling interviews, delivering feedback, making offers and confirming start dates.
• Assist in writing job descriptions and advertisements.
• To support with assessment centres
• Support with candidate interviews and advising hiring managers in terms of compliance and employment legislation.

• Experience or interest of working in a fast-paced environment
• Well organised
• Positive and conscientious approach to work and willing to get involved at all levels to deliver results.
• Able to initiate action and influence others.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
• An interest in Recruitment or a career in HR.
