Dairyfood USA, Inc., a market leader in specialty cheese production for over 65 years, is currently seeking a is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to provide professional level support in all functional areas of HR, with an emphasis on full cycle recruiting/talent acquisition. Based in our production facility in the heart of America’s Dairyland, Blue Mounds, WI, this position reports to the HR Manager.

Primary Job Functions:

• Responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
• Performs new employee orientation for all employees keeping material current and relevant in both English and Spanish.
• Participate in the organization and implementation of all company events.
• Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
• Participate in benefits administration to include enrollment, terminations, change reporting, and reconciling invoices for payment.
• Assist in exit interview process.
• Serve as back-up to the Office Manger including payroll, time & attendance and receptionist responsibilities.
• Support organizational training and development efforts.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database as needed.
• Execute various clerical functions to include filing and general employee record maintenance.
• Other HR functions and special projects, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of 2+ years of HR experience with an emphasis in talent acquisition

• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required

Hours: Normal office hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates looking for part-time hours will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
