Dairy Australia Hiring for HR Administrator Job at Southbank Full Time

About the Role:

Joining our supportive HR team you will play a key role working across HR and Recruitment and will be responsible for a range of HR administrative activities. You will be a point of contact for HR enquiries and provide advice to employees on policies, programs and practices within the employee life cycle.

This is a part-time position working 22 hours per week with flexibility as to how the days are structured. Ideally working across 4 days and suitable for someone wanting to work school hours. We offer a flexible work environment with the opportunity to work from home, as well as collaboratively in our office in Southbank.

Working closely with our HR Team, here is what to expect day to day:

• Action and/or direct enquiries from employees and the broader HR team as they arise
• Assist with general recruitment, including; phone screening, reference checking and interview scheduling, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all
• Prepare onboarding documentation and assist Hiring Managers with onboarding of new starters
• Provide payroll and benefits administration support
• Ensure payroll and IT setups are completed for new employees
• Ensure probation periods are monitored and correspondence is sent out to relevant Managers
• Assist the HR team with the maintaining and updating organisational charts
• Assist with the annual remuneration review for staff, including the creation of spreadsheets and production of letters
• Create Statements of Service letters for employees on request

Ideally you will have a HR qualification or be working towards its completion. Experience in a similar position with exposure to HR functions, including recruitment and entry level employment law will be highly regarded.
