Role Overview:

This role provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

• Enter all receiving’s daily
• Match receiving’s and/or packing slips with purchase orders to vendor invoice
• Verify vendor statements to system and follow-up on any missing items
• Enter all invoices into system
• Communicate with all vendors and internal customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Run weekly A/P check runs
• Set-up new vendors as needed
• Collect and maintain current W-9’s for vendors
• Ensure accuracy of 1099 status in system
• All A/P related filing
• Provide backup support for receptionist
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

• 2-year accounting diploma/degree or related job experience
• Experience using MS office products
• Familiarity with Sage100 Contractor
