DaBella Hiring for Field Marketing Manager (Uncapped Income + Paid Training) Full Time

Requirements:

· Complete a one-week basic management course

· Hire, train, and develop a team of entry-level marketing representatives

· Transport team to local neighborhoods to schedule appointments (leads) door-to-door

· Maintain a monthly team production of at least 100 issued leads

· Maintain a team minimum of $100,000 in net sales per month

· MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE

Compensation – Base Hourly Rate plus UNCAPPED Bonus

· Base: $23.50/hour

· Daily Bonus:

o $75.00 for two issued leads

o $50.00 per issued lead for leads 3 -4

o $75.00 per issued lead after 5 issued leads

· Monthly Bonus:

o $2000 after $240,000 in net team sales

o $3000 after $440,000 in net team sales

o $5000 after $640,000 in net team sales

o Minimum $750 monthly bonus for 100 net issued leads

· Average first-year earnings of $60,00 – $80,000, top performers earn over $100k
