D Group Hiring for Account Manager Full Time

We are seeking an Account Manager who will be equal parts personable and detail oriented, with previous sales experience supporting and selling to Fortune 1000 companies. As a new 3D Group sales team member, you will be responsible maintaining and growing existing client accounts as well as pursuing referrals to new business. Specifically, you will conduct online product demos and live presentations to sell our best in class 360 Feedback and leadership development solutions. You will be collaborating with a team of Account Managers, Consultants, Marketing professionals, and Client Services project managers to meet or exceed company and individual goals.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop existing client accounts
• Present, promote, and sell professional services related to leadership development and talent management (especially 360 Feedback and leadership coaching) using established sales techniques
• Build strong client relationships, especially with the decision makers across the client organization
• Source and develop client referrals in partnership with the Marketing team
• Maintain client account information including updating CRM data, contracts, and client billings
• Sell to Fortune 1000 companies (Preferred experience in this area)
• Grow existing client accounts by uncovering potential revenue opportunities
• Work with our Client Services team to expedite the resolution of client problems to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Schedule, execute and track sales activities
• Develop sales proposals and maintain contracts with clients
• Keep abreast of 360 Feedback and leadership coaching best practices and trends
• Participate in sales events and/or in-person meetings with existing and prospective clients (Limited Travel Required, estimated 1-2 days per quarter)

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative
• Familiar with corporate operations, particularly Human Resources and Procurement
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Expertise in using collaboration software (e.g., Zoom and Microsoft Teams) Knowledge of CRM best practices (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred) to build productive, professional business relationships
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
• Work independently while maintaining positive work relationships with clients and colleagues
• Desire to continuously improve through feedback
• Four-year degree (B.S. or B.A)
• Desire to grow personally and professionally with a growing business

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
