D-Fine Mind & Body Wellness Hiring for Remote Inside Sales Position For Wellness Company at Remote Full Time

We provide the Glastonbury area with premier body sculpting services and weight loss support through the use of the latest – non-invasive laser technology along with over 17+ years of Coaching experience to help our patients make lasting change inside/out.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our remote team as a setter. As a setter, you will be responsible for booking appointments for our red light therapy business and earning commission for each paid appointment. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and grow with our rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to warm leads who opted in to be contacted for our services through calling, email, and other forms of communication.
• Book intro appointments with clients for our red light therapy services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by answering any questions and addressing any concerns.
• Track call output and response.
• Perform shift recaps in slacks after each shift.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of red light therapy is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

• $18 per hour plus 7% commission.
• 10% off all of our packages and programs.
