We are a metal fabrication and installation company, located in Sunshine North, Melbourne. Currently, we are looking for part-time Recruitment Officer with experience in all aspects of the recruitment process to join our team.

About the role:

– Writing & posting job ads, using strategies to attract the right candidate.

– Utilizing various recruitment platforms/ channels

– Sourcing suitable candidates for all positions by resume or information received.

– Candidates phone screening, interviewing & reference checks

– Evaluating and engaging qualified candidates

– Building strong relationships with new and existing employees.

– Review hiring trends and business forecasts to plan and understand recruiting requirements

– Recommending new policies, practices and benefits to commit employees to work for long-term.

– Reporting and advising potential candidates to management team.

We are seeking individuals that are driven and passionate about delivering the best service. To be considered for the role, you must have:

– Previous recruitment experience in construction industry or similar company’s working areas (Preferred)

– Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, evaluation and shortlisting

– Excellent communication skills and the willingness/ability to learn and understand complex of construction

Salary will be negotiated.
