D Dental Office – DDO Hiring for Dental Receptionist (4 days/week , No weekends) at Montréal, QC Full Time

We are proud to be able to help so many people with all types of dental problems and we strive to make sure that all patients understand the importance of health care not only for their teeth and gums, but for their overall health.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive, always striving to leave a lasting positive impression.
• Assist new patients to fill out registration, medical history and complete exam forms.
• Manage emails, voice mail and text.
• Manage daily phone calls and inquiries about appointments, any sudden changes and cancellations and fees.
• Effectively manage recall system, daily patient follow -ups and scheduling appointments and appointment reminders.
• Accurately maintain patient database, electronic and paper files updated.
• Manage and file all patient records, charts and insurance claims records.
• Able to effectively communicate with patients needs for appointments, insurance and payments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist.
• Hard working, self-motivated, positive individual with computer skills and knowledge in dental software
• Fully bilingual (French and English – speaking and writing), dynamic, energetic, mature, professional and dependable .
• Comprehension of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis.
• Excellent knowledge of dental insurance process and policies.
• Clinical background considered an asset ( Dental Receptionist, Assistant, Hygienist etc.).
• Full Time: Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM -5:00PM
