Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for providing innovative, creative solutions for corporate digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, nurturing campaigns, social media, webpages, and SEO projects with a focus on driving awareness, engagement, and demand generation for both HCPs and consumers. This position will work collaboratively with marketing and commercial teams. The position may be required to perform all, or a combination of the following essential responsibilities as determined by necessity. This role is located at the Company’s Woburn, MA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define, execute, and track digital marketing strategy with KPIs to drive results toward our business goals.
• Create and manage digital content (written and visual) for use in digital ads, eblasts, social media, and website pages
• Manage HCP and consumer nurturing campaigns via HubSpot from concept to execution, including calendaring, creative development, optimization and weekly ing
• Manage and optimize HCP and consumer social media platforms, including social influencers program
• Generate site analytics s, analyzing site traffic data and providing improvement recommendations to management
• Continuously optimize digital campaigns to advance business goals, such as generating brand awareness or increasing conversions.
• Identify cutting-edge digital initiatives to deliver innovative results.
• Serve as a digital media expert internally and liaise externally with various digital vendors on their direction, best practices, and new opportunities
• Collaborate with brand, sales, channel, and others to optimize engagement and growth
• Manage digital agency relationships, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, etc. and oversee campaign strategies

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• 6+ years related experience in successful marketing roles
• Knowledge of aesthetic medical device highly preferred
• Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms
• Understanding of social media and accompanying software; a finger on the pulse of social media and social listening trends
• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Start-up experience enabling high revenue growth preferred
• Ability to work under time pressure and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-minded, and agile enough to navigate through vagueness and drive clarity
• Track record of thinking strategically and executing incrementally
• A dynamic, open, dependable, creative, and collaborative approach to work
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to execute projects within timeline and budget
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills (written/verbal)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facility
• Availability to travel up to ~15%, when necessary
