What you’ll do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high volume recruiting at our manufacturing plant

Coach managers and interview teams as a Talent Advisor; delivering comprehensive support and consultation in fulfilling recruiting strategy

Partner with recruitment vendors to identify passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques and build talent communities to support pipelines

Establish ongoing relationships with HR partners and hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner

Provide reporting key business partners to track progress against goals

Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in recruiting

Work experience from global organization in Life Science or similar industry preferred

Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage interview slates
