What you’ll do:

• Initial point of contact for Associates regarding HR-related programs/systems/policies & procedures by answering associate inquiries through phone or chat and redirecting to escalated support resources as needed.
• Responds to and resolves associate inquiries/cases according to Service Level Agreements (24, 48, or 72 hours), Case Management Guidelines (appropriate standard work), and Response Standards (accuracy, attention to detail, holistic responses).
• Provides support for administrative HR transactions for a variety of HR activities and workforce support services (including leave management, compensation, associate lifecycle, onboarding, and more).
• Identify improvements for HR Process, HR Associate Care Knowledge Base, and FAQs.
• Attend trainings to ensure sufficient HR support for associate inquiries.
• Achieve stated performance measures and adherence to customer service standards.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Develop advanced knowledge of systems and processes to support daily work and overall continuous improvement.
• Develops knowledge to support New Hire Orientation as needed.

Who you are!

• 6 Months of relevant experience (e.g., Human Resources, Customer Service role).
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of HR Information Systems (Workday or equivalent), Case Management Systems (ServiceNow or similar), and basic HR functions and processes.
• Passion for delivering Excellent Associate Experiences/Customer Service through Live Agent Engagements and Case Management.
• Must be able to exercise the appropriate level of judgment and initiative related to HR administrative tasks and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a KPI-driven environment. with the ability to work in a remote/virtual Regional Team environment.

Please Note: This position is fully remote and anticipated to work a consistent schedule during the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time, with a preference for the later hours.

The salary range for this role is $45,000 to 50,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
