Job Description

• CEI is a real estate investment company comprised of professionals who have been executing real estate investment strategies for the past three decades. Since its inception in 2001, CEI has been executing ground-up and value-add real estate projects in all asset classes, with primary focus on multifamily. Today, we continue to execute our Class A and affordable multifamily, life science development, acquisition and commercial strategies in high growth markets throughout the United States.

Salary Range: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour

This is a remote position
Responsibilities

• Review final repairs for fit and finish.
• Maintain records of files Load Levelled.
• Update software programs.
• Gather information and provide updates to vendor partners.
• Obligated to keep confidential any information pertaining to customers.
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
• Schedule and assign work to the appropriate repair facility.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Explaining warranty polices and factory-recommended maintenance schedules to customer.
• Staying up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership.
• Encouraging vehicle service and maintenance by advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
