Phriendly Phishing trains, nurtures and helps organisations create long lasting employee behavioural change. We’re an Australian-based company which provides security awareness and phishing simulation training solutions as we teach employees how to identify and respond to common, costly and difficult to detect security threats.

We’ve joined forces with CyberCX, a leading independent cyber security services organisation in Australia and New Zealand. CyberCX has united the country’s most trusted cyber security companies (like Phriendly Phishing) to deliver the most comprehensive end to end cyber security services offering to Australian enterprises and governments.

The Role

You’ll be working closely with people managers within Phriendly Phishing to identify, attract and hire world-class talent, delivering against key growth and resourcing strategies for a variety of roles across our regions.

In this role, you will take ownership to actively build cross-practice and cross-function collaboration across Phriendly Phishing and CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value.

You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to develop detailed briefs for professional job requisitions and develop recruitment plans, including person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agree timescale to meet business requirements.

Additionally, you are someone who can create compelling and comprehensive job advertisements as well as proactively attract talent on job boards, associations, networks, and direct candidate approaches.

About you

Ideally, we are looking for a high performing individual who possess several years’ experience in technical recruiting, with meaningful experience in relevant SaaS recruitment.

You also bring with you experience in strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills and you are a highly deadline-driven, organised individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
