We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to guide our TA Team in delivering creative recruiting solutions. You will enable our organization to attract and hire high top-tier, diverse talent for a company passionate about it’s people.

What You Will Be Doing
- Ability to negotiate, prioritize, plan and execute methods to meet companies hiring goals
- Use data to influence decision making
- Be creative and bold in methods to attract quality talent
- Help build our employer brand proposition through partnerships and events
- Recruit senior level hires for the company
- Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the current and future talent needs of the organization
- Help build brand awareness through the use of Social Media and other platforms
- Effectively utilize the Company’s recruiting and applicant tracking platforms
- Help coordinate and implement an internship program
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting background (Construction, manufacturing and/or renewables)
- Industry related connections
- Strong understanding of recruiting practices and sourcing methods
- The ability to analyze tasks and projects from most urgent to least, flexibility to re-prioritize as necessary
- Must thrive in a detail-oriented, fast paced, metrics-oriented environment
