What You Will Be Doing
- You will be managing the end to end process for hiring on our open US positions.
- Work with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs, and decide on the right workflow and additional assessment tools if needed.
- Source for candidates through various channels and create robust talent pipelines
- Conduct interviews
What You Need for this Position
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of STRICTLY outbound recruiting
- 3+ years of recruiting in the SAAS field
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
- 3+ years of full desk recruiting
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sourcing qualified candidates
- Identifying talent
- Cold Calling experience
- End to end recruiting
- Interviewing techniques
