What You Will Be Doing
You will be our first full time Talent Acquisition hire so this is a great opportunity to create a new department.
- Hire for executive level roles such as COO, CEO, VP, President, GM etc… for our portfolio of companies.
- Build out our hiring process.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Full lifecycle recruitment from intake to close.
- Source candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing tools and techniques.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a phenomenal interviewing experience for candidates.
- Build outstanding relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
What You Need for this Position
Must have:
- Full lifecycle recruiting skills
- Experience handling senior level searches (Director and above)
- Stellar communication skills
- Either agency or corporate experience
- High volume experience
- A strong appreciation for our mission/values
- A generalist, able to effectively work on hires across the organization
