Based out of Sunnyvale, CA we are a rapidly growing telecommunications company that has developed our own, very successful, unfired communications platform. We are growing faster than we can keep up with and are looking to add an HR Director to our talented team!
What You Will Be Doing
As our HR Director you will:
- Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies/tools
- Continuously improve the onboarding process, the ATS technology and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle events and all required documentation and company policies.
- Ensure that all documentation and practices are compliant with all labor regulatory and legal requirements
- Provide managers and employees practical help in conflict resolution
What You Need for this Position
- BA/BS degree. Masters degree is considered a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience-, including 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience and 2+ years of demonstrated people management experience
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment/labor laws
- Experience partnering with senior level management.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Must have HR experience working for a technology related company
