What You Will Be Doing

• Source candidates and cultivate talent pipelines, particularly in engineering functions
• Collaborate with and manage talent partners, such as contingency agencies
• Track, share, and improve key recruiting metrics to optimize the recruiting process and forecast hiring
• Develop and implement ideas to grow employee engagement and happiness
• Help close candidates
• Build, refine, and run the recruiting process end to end

What You Need for this Position

• Excel at relationship cultivation
• Are great at selling the Beacons vision and opportunity
• Have experience doing full cycle recruiting for technical functions
• Are creative in implementing new initiatives to build talent pipelines
• Have experience building recruiting functions from the ground up at other early stage startups
• Are extremely organized and process driven
• Are analytical in understanding and optimizing the full talent funnel
