For almost 20 years they have been successfully developing new creative technical solutions that are used by both Healthcare Providers and Payers. Due to continued company growth they are currently hiring for a new Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for developing and aligning a world class recruiting strategy with the companys overall mission, objectives, and business strategy.

This individual will build and develop a team of professionals and programs that will deliver a best-in-class candidate recruiting experience, work with hiring managers on talent needs, and liaise with Human Resources on the overall company hiring strategy.

ÏEngage and partner with stakeholders on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems, and tools
ÏDevelop, implement, and continually improve the essential staffing processes, procedures, and resources for internal and external strategic recruiting, selection, and hiring
ÏContribute to candidate experience by developing recruiting best practices with Recruiting team
ÏResearches and chooses optimum recruitment channels and sources.
ÏDevelop a diversity/AAP strategy to address gaps in the hiring efforts
ÏDevelop and refine a hiring process that includes a quantitative and qualitative assessment to ensure the selection of the highest quality candidates
ÏAdvise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods. Train and oversee managers on company policies and procedures.
ÏProvide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Recruiting staff. Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruiting team, evaluate the teams performance, and provide continuous feedback and development to team members.

ÏDevelop and manage recruitment reporting metrics and reports including a report on recruitment activities to the executive leadership team
ÏStays up to date on labor legislation and informs recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
ÏRegularly attends conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
ÏRequires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data and must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
