What You Will Be Doing

As the Director of Talent, you will be a dynamic leader across all three of our business pillars. Working directly with our VP of People, you will strive to create and implement your vision and recruiting strategies to help attract the best talent the market has to offer!

Responsibilties:

  • Driving hiring and onboarding processes
  • Candidate experience strategy
  • Employment branding
  • Lead/develop recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers
  • Manage partnerships with job boards and external agencies
  • Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation comply with all legal requirements and guidelines.

What You Need for this Position

MUST HAVE:

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of talent leadership experience
  • Demonstrable experience in direct sourcing for engineering functions
  • Implementation of talent processes

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Paylocity
  • Interest or experience in esports/gaming
