We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our fast-paced team. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Position Overview: The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and meet organizational goals. You will direct, coordinate, and monitor sales activities while providing leadership and guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Manage customer relationships and build new business.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food distribution, grocery sales, or CPG industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to build relationships and develop new business.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
