Digital Marketing Data Analyst

We’re an established digital media company that assists high-profile brands with B2B & B2C digital and integrating marketing strategies.
Currently, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Data Analyst with at least 3 years of experience.
This position is hybrid-remote, on-site 3 days/week, and near Baltimore, MD.

What You Will Be Doing
- Review campaign data and provide analytical expertise
- Setup analytics dashboards that encompass a variety of digital marketing platforms and performance marketing channels
- Communicate with clients on what the data means for their business
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide ing & analytics solutions
- Partner with media & account teams to provide campaign strategies, optimization, and recommendations across various media channels
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of marketing data analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience creating marketing dashboards and integrating data via Data Visualizations tools like Google Data Studio/Datorama
- Experience in reviewing, analyzing, understanding & interpret marketing data points (client data/campaign data/platform data)
– Ability to tell a story, with data – generating easy-to-read data s
- Knowledge of paid media channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest, Bing, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram)
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Event Tracking, Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing, Datorama
- Data Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker
- Strong Excel Skills
- Knowledge of SQL Database, Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture
- B2B & B2C Marketing Experience
