What you will be doing:

• Manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing all the way to the offer stage
• Using direct hiring methods such as headhunting, advertising and employment apps as well as engaging recruitment agencies to grow the company
• Working on a variety of roles with an emphasis on sales and other business development roles in the company
• Advising on recruitment insights by advising on pay scales/salary benchmarking and interview procedures
• Working closely with senior team members to review the progress of hired staff and team expansion requirements
• Negotiating offers, raising staff contracts and conducting background checks
• Working with universities to manage graduate internship schemes and running university networking events

Experience required:

• A minimum of 5 years first-hand experience of in-house talent acquisition for sales and other business development roles
• A proven track record of candidate generation/assessment/hiring through a variety of channels
• Experience working in a scale up fast growing business
• Self-starter who works well within a team but someone that can also work independently
