Supporting Account Representatives in all administrative functions

Generating, analyzing, and verifying performance s

Communicating trends, budget allocations, and performance discrepancies to clients

Pulling partner-specific assets and communicating any changes in a timely fashion

Finding product opportunities in a rapidly changing environment

Monitoring performance to ensure current strategies are maximizing earning potential

Analyzing industry competitors and assets for additional opportunities

Assisting clients and Account Representatives with technical questions

Building value through continued client interaction

Requirements

• Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

• In-depth understanding of the entire GSuite or MS Office suite.

• CRM software experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required’
