Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Premier MEDSpa, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they step through our doors. Your friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, providing them with a personalized experience from the moment they arrive
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
• Verify client information, maintain accurate records, and assist with necessary paperwork
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth flow of operations
• Provide detailed information about our services, products, and procedures to clients
• Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area and waiting room
• Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with the team to optimize client satisfaction and retention
• Find and implement creative, unconventional, and cost-efficient channels to build our customer base and grow the business

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a medical or aesthetics setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and handling basic computer tasks
• A professional and polished appearance with impeccable personal grooming
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care
• Knowledge or interest in aesthetic treatments and wellness services is a plus
• Proven ability to effectively promote and sell products and services to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $50.00 per hour
