C&W Construction Specialties, Inc. is looking for a Logistic Coordinator to join our team and work as a conduit between departments and maintain order in the supply chain of shop to field management and inventory controls management. The prospective candidate will have the following abilities:

· Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

· Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy

· Making special shipping arrangements as necessary

· Tracking and fixing shipping errors

· Tracking load lists and returning unused material to stock

· Managing inventory controls and stock

· Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

· Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

· Managing shop helpers to ensure proper loading of materials and yard efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.67 – $24.89 per hour
