Position SummaryHybrid position, Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm ESTTalent Acquisition Coordinators play a critical role supporting the Retail Consumer Wellness team.
You are a pivotal partner in coordination and support throughout the recruiting lifecycle.You will support 2 to 4 recruiters and manage / drive essential activities that keep candidates engaged and informed while also ensuring the recruiter stays connected on all the moving parts of the process.
Required Qualifications1+ year of experience working in Talent Acquisition / HR / Recruiting coordinating activities and / or project management in a HR environmentPreferred QualificationsExcellent organizational / time management skills and able to cope well with a high volume of workExperience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Applicant Tracking Systems- Workday preferredDemonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsMust have very strong attention to detail, customer service skills and proven time management strategiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiringProblem solving and independent decision-making skills EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredAssociates degree or Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is : $17.
00 – $29.88This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
