CVS Health Hiring for Learning Consultant at Arizona Full Time

Uses a variety of educational media and a systematic instructional design methodology to design and develop sophisticated, complex and/or enterprise-wide, state-of-the-art training tools and programs for designated school audiences in Arizona; assesses and reports on the effectiveness and ROI of training programs; provides organizational consulting as well as plans, develops, implements and evaluates effective people and training strategies, processes, programs and tools to ensure that Mercy Care offers the Mental Health First Aid training as required for Arizona schools.

Required Qualifications

• Superior knowledge and application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and educational media.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently in a face-paced, everchanging environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienced required; Master’s preferred
