CVS Health Hiring for Digital Learning Designer at Virginia Full Time

This position is responsible for creating eLearning solutions for a variety of audiences within the CVS Health business units. Asa a critical part of the Business Excellence team within Enterprise Learning, Development and Performance, this role focuses on designing and developing top quality of eLearning experiences in support of performance and business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years + experience in a corporate training
• Minimum 3 years + experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performance consulting and educational media desired.

• Experience with conducting performance analysis to determine the expectations and gaps for intended audiences
• Experience with project management
• Skilled in using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information
• Experience in creating storyboards

Education

High School Diploma required

Bachelor’s degree, preferred
