CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Pharmacy Product Team to support education, engagement, and Welcome Season activities. CVS Health strives to continuously innovate around how we manage the ever-expanding digital experience opportunities across the Pharmacy/PBM Portfolio – and this role will play a key part in that innovation. Working across the entire CVS enterprise span of functional areas (Business, Sales, Account Mgmt., Marketing, IT, and more), this role will coordinate and support education programs for digital pharmacy products and tools.

The Digital Delivery and Education Manager is responsible for overseeing several education project initiatives, related to client implementation & planning, key milestone management of training initiatives, creating and updating internal documentation and product support materials for client-facing and internal audiences, and assisting with planning education and training programs for internal business teams. You will navigate an array of internal relationships, project timelines, last minute changes, and product documentation. By collaborating with our technical, creative and product teams you’ll be delivering high quality support to our valued business partners and clients.

You will support the project/program management of all items associated with new client PBM Welcome Season prep activities and education sessions. In parallel this role will support driving continuous improvement efforts to ensure ongoing quality and efficiency are optimized in support of member/Client satisfaction and achievement of department/company goals by supporting the Digital Team’s lessons learned on an annual basis. The Digital Delivery and Education Team works closely with business partners outside of the digital area, so the ability to listen, process, and communicate customer needs to appropriately ensure alignment of competing priorities is a must. Specific responsibilities include:

• Assist with developing a training program for Sales, Account and Implementation Managers to educate on digital capabilities and tools for client digital adoption
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues in preparation for Welcome Season
• Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering teams for reporting metrics alignment
• Develop trusted relationships with your internal customers and external clients – listen actively to their concerns and questions in order to better understand their requests and perspectives
• Encourage and facilitate strong project communication using collaboration tools and MS Teams meetings
• Create or update digital product information one-pagers and demo materials, assist with updating and uploading documentation to the Digital information repository (Highspot)
• Assemble learning toolkit for Product teams to use for operational standards and educates others on digital products/digital basics/conducts demos (Internal to CVS)
• Participate in the overall improvement efforts of the Digital Delivery & Education team by seeking opportunities for feedback and development
• Drive employee engagement and recognition activities, conduct post-mortem assessments and operate with a continuous improvement, quality mindset

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a web/digital/interactive project manager or similar position in a large-scale corporation or comparable industry environment
