About the Role:

As an Internal Recruiter, you hold the key to ensuring we hire the right talent for the right teams.
With key business goals to hit in months ahead, this end-to-end recruitment role is pivotal to us achieving them! You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles across Engineering, Operations, Data, Finance, Marketing, Design and Experience. You should be a competent 360-Recruiter and able to source for specific skill-sets. We’ll give you all the tools you need and expect you to network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline for all areas of the business in order to ensure our teams are fully resourced with talented individuals.
