Key Responsibilities

• Assisting healthcare professionals, such as physicians or nurses, in conducting patient assessments and treatments.
• Conducting basic diagnostic procedures and collecting specimens from patients.
• Observing and communicating any changes in a patient’s condition to the medical team.
• Documenting the care provided to patients accurately.
• Managing and ensuring the proper maintenance of medical equipment and supplies, including restocking, cleaning, and addressing any issues.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of examination areas.
• Performing various administrative tasks as assigned, which may include filing, reception duties, appointment scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when interacting with both patients and colleagues.
