How you’ll make a difference:
The Recruiting Team at Custom Ink is on the front lines of ensuring our business has the right talent in the right roles to come through for our customers every single day. As a Sourcing Specialist dedicated to nurturing pipelines of top talent across various critical roles, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Custom Ink achieves its ambitious goals for expansion. You’ll leverage market data, research, and proven methods for sourcing passive candidates in high-demand fields spanning technology, sales, operations, and more. As part of our high-performing Recruiting Team, you’ll be a valuable partner to both our function and the business at large by ensuring on-deck pipelines and a steady stream of live market data gleaned from your searches. This is a tremendous opportunity for a highly-skilled sourcing guru to work on a wide variety of roles, with a great team, and for a company with heart.
What you’ll do:
As a Sourcing Specialist focused on building top talent pipelines for various critical roles you’ll be a key source of talent across the business. This means you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Leverage best in class talent platforms, research, and market/candidate analysis tools to source the best of the best across the diverse spectrum of roles that make Custom Ink unique
  • Bring sourcing best practices in-house to ensure Custom Ink is in the driver’s seat when it comes to sourcing passive talent
  • Leverage our employer value proposition and be a first point of contact for candidates in some of our most critical and exciting opportunities – a great chance to be an ambassador for our brand
  • Build strategic pipelines for key capabilities required to meet our strategic goals
  • Support our efforts to increase the diversity, experience, and overall performance of our team
How you’ll be measured:
Our high-performing and close-knit Recruiting Team loves to set goals and knock them down (as does Custom Ink in general)! With that and the critical importance of the roles you’ll source for, some measures for this position include:
  • Response Rates
  • Offers extended
  • Time to Fill
  • Hiring Manager Satisfaction (captured via a highly transparent survey & collaborative live feedback)
  • Quality of Hire including Retention
  • 360 Feedback from fellow Recruiters
  • Contribution to Custom Ink’s awareness and adoption of innovative best practices and tools related to passive candidate sourcing
What we’re looking for:
This role involves collaborating effectively with many areas of the business, so this is a great opportunity for a perceptive individual to gain exposure to the inner workings of our organization and contribute to big-picture success. The ideal candidate will be an idea-generator and thought partner, who demonstrates a love for finding great talent.
Accordingly, the ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:
  • Fast-paced, diverse, and high volume sourcing experience (ideally for Tech, Sales & Leadership roles)
  • Deep understanding of sourcing best practices such as boolean, Google searches, tailored outreach, follow up etc.
  • Ability to identify innovative sourcing solutions based on research and observation while remaining comfortable in unchartered territory
  • Positive, customer-focused, and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Superior relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Results-driven – familiarity and comfort using metrics to inform decision making
  • Self-starter, curious and resourceful
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Stellar written and oral communication
  • Proven comfort in a fast-paced and high-performance environment
  • Insatiable curiosity, drive for excellence, and ability to work independently and with a team
  • The highest level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Bilingual – Spanish speakers a plus
