Customer Support Professional, or CSP – WORK FROM HOME – USA ONLY Job at Remote US Full Time

Functions: A CSP answers questions, resolves issues, and helps build brand loyalty by engaging in positive interactions over the telephone or via chat for customers of Fortune 500 and mid-level companies. In some cases, a CSP will use a variety of selling techniques to increase client revenue by identifying sales opportunities and offering additional products and services.

Location: Home Based, Remote

Restricted States: Due to strict work from home regulations we are not accepting applications from any of these states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

• Must be available to take inbound calls or chats during selected work intervals. No cold calling involved.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times while interacting with customers.
• Must adhere to strict documentation guidelines, making sure to accurately capture and record each customer interaction.
• Must consistently meet, or strive to meet, service level requirements or metrics based on the client’s specifications.
• Must be willing to participate in weekly team huddles and one-on-one sessions with their respective QAPF (Quality Assurance Performance Facilitator).
• Must be willing to undertake continuing education and additional training as deemed necessary by the client.

Compensation:
Hourly: $10.00- $15.00

• Rate varies per client; some opportunities offer performance bonuses or commissions in addition to base pay.

Schedule:
Full-time or part-time.
Flexible Schedule. Choose your own hours based on availability. (15 hours minimum per week required on average, may differ depending on client needs).

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and literacy required.
• Basic typing and data entry skills required.
• Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Must have a reliable, hard-wired Internet connection.
• Some client opportunities require a landline telephone.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

We offer full or partial reimbursement of up to $50 towards initial certification cost once the CSP has successfully completed and passed certification, and worked 80 hours or more for the selected client program. The reimbursement only applies to the first client certification class. Reimbursement requests for subsequent certification classes enrolled in thereafter are subject to pre-approval.

Certification classes typically cost between $10 – $50 depending on the client program selected.
