Customer Support Associate — New Opportunity
We’re supporting a partner company in finding a Customer Support Associate to assist customers and help ensure a positive service experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is communicative, patient, and comfortable working directly with users to resolve questions and issues.
What you’ll be working on
• Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or support tools
• Assisting users with basic product or service questions
• Troubleshooting common issues and escalating when needed
• Documenting interactions and updating support records
• Following support guidelines and service standards
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
