Your Role in a Nutshell

Customer Success Manager – TPS ( 5 days onsite in Downtown, Toronto)

You’ll manage digital marketing strategies for Dr. Mulholland’s clinic in downtown Toronto, focusing on PPC campaigns, brand visibility, and patient engagement. This role demands hands-on expertise in PPC, Google Ads, and digital marketing for the healthcare or clinic sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Advertising & PPC Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to attract new clients and maximize ROI.
• Campaign Management: Optimize keywords, write ad copy, adjust bids, and track performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data insights to measure and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clinic management to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Brand Development: Build brand awareness through targeted campaigns.
• Budget Management: Ensure cost-effective ad spending to meet KPIs.
• Client Communication: Work closely with Dr. M and the clinic team to report progress and refine strategies.

What You Offer

• Digital Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience in PPC and campaign analytics.
• Healthcare/Clinic Experience: Background in healthcare, med spa, or related fields.
• Google Ads Proficiency: Expertise in campaign management, keyword research, and A/B testing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data for strategy optimization.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.
• Budget Management: Experience managing ad budgets for optimal ROI.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Nice To Have

• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Advanced analytics knowledge (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
• Experience in marketing for aesthetic clinics.
• Project management skills for multi-channel initiatives.
